NETWORK SYSTEMS ENGINEERS

Express Technologies, a leading software development and networking firm, has immediate openings for professionals experienced in local and wide area network hardware and software.

Duties to include some or all of the following:

• Specifying, installation, and configuration of PC network hardware and software
• Providing remote telephone support of end users and system administrators
• Issuing purchase orders to vendors
• Training end users/system administrators
• Troubleshooting and providing solutions
• Minimizing downtime and maximizing performance, reliability, optimization
• Managing projects and coordination of client staff, internal staff, and third parties.

Successful candidate would have experience in network system administration, hardware installation and troubleshooting. Excellent communications skills a must. Experience in management and team leadership. Thorough knowledge of Novell Netware, NT Server, MS-Windows. Thorough knowledge of server, workstation, and peripheral hardware. System integration skills. Familiarity with a variety of PC and network applications. Citrix and Client-server database experience a plus. Transportation and Logistics experience a plus. Candidates must pass a proficiency exam.

Compensation commensurate with experience and skill level.
Jr. and Sr. level positions available.
