ExpressTech will ensure that our quality policy is upheld and supported by management at all levels. The company is committed to effective Quality Management at every level within the business.

1.12 Performance Standards / Methodologies
In support of our Quality Policy, ExpressTech employs rigorous and sophisticated policies for implementation and measurement:
- ExpressTech aims to ensure that the needs of our customers are clearly understood and met through close liaison at all stages of the work.
- Staff responsibilities and duties are clearly identified.

- Sufficient resources are provided to facilitate the work.
- Quality plans, reviews, and “lessons learned” are applied in the management of all projects.
- All appropriate documentation is maintained, controlled and archived.

- In planning, we employ complex proprietary linear regression analysis as a predictive tool. We measure its efficacy.
- In planning, we use the regression results to forecast a proprietary confidence interval to predict schedules, allocate resources and establish milestones. We measure its efficacy.
- In implementation, we employ sophisticated project management tools to level resources, communicate to clients, and manage change.
- In support, each contact is logged internally and measured in time to resolution and satisfaction.
